Every sensor undergoes extensive inspection procedures and testing before it is shipped.
- 24-hour temperature compensation—cold/hot pressure calibration across the entire temperature and measurement range.
- Operating temperature range: -40°C to +150°C
- Total error band across the operating temperature range (full scale): less than 0.5%
(Not to be confused with accuracy specifications or error budgets provided by many manufacturers. By definition, these apply only to measured values at room temperature (22°C) and are therefore not relevant for use in motorsports) - Leak test/pressure test using HELIUM (the second-smallest atom.....)
- Housing laser-welded (no additional seals required inside the sensor)
- Suitable for both engine oils and brake fluids.
