Shipping
We currently ship to customers in Germany and the countries listed below.
We generally ship our orders via the postal service or DHL or DPD parcel services.

Delivery is made from our warehouse to the shipping address you provide.
(No shipping for vehicles. Vehicles can only be picked up from our location)

NOTE for customers from other EU countries regarding the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR):  
Please check in your country whether a service provider (e.g., the postal service) offers the option to have your order delivered to one of the provider’s addresses in Germany and then forwarded to you from there! According to customer information, the Austrian postal service already offers this service.

Delivery Time
We will, of course, process your order immediately upon receipt.
The order is usually handed over to the carrier (parcel service, postal service/DHL, or freight forwarder, etc.) within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
You will automatically receive updates from us regarding the processing status, progress, and tracking number for your order.

Please refer to the table below for delivery times.
The figures in the “LZ” column are approximate and refer to the number of days after the package has been handed over to the carrier , not to the number of days since the order was received.

Depending on circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the delivery time may also be delayed (weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
(Delivery time: The period from handover to the carrier until delivery to the destination address—either in person to the recipient or to a person, company, or address/storage location designated by the recipient.)

Should any delivery delays occur, you will be notified immediately via email.

Payment Options:

Prepayment
If you choose PREPAYMENT, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice following this order.
Please transfer the invoice amount to the bank account we have provided.
The goods will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.
You will receive a shipping notification.

PayPal
PayPal is the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily, and quickly at online stores—and it’s free.

After clicking “Continue” in the “Checkout” module, you’ll be taken directly to PayPal, where you’ll need to log in and confirm your address. You’ll then be redirected back to the store. However, the order won’t be processed or billed until you click “Place Order” on the order summary page!

Cash on Delivery
We no longer offer cash on delivery as a payment method!

Additional payment options for merchants and business customers:

SEPA Direct Debit
If you are registered and activated as a merchant with us, you have the option to submit the“Agreement for the Collection of Receivables from Goods Deliveries” to us. You may revoke this agreement at any time.

Invoice
Purchase on account for immediate payment without further deductions upon receipt of the goods.

Prices include the applicable value-added tax.

For orders over 500.00 EUR, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance.
