HEL Performance offers brake line kits with a so-called “alternative routing method”—even with ABE certification!

For many models, we offer various routing options:

OEM, like the original (standard kit): The brake lines match an original replacement part in length, number, and routing.

Alternatively, Full Length: Two lines routed directly from the brake master cylinder—one to the right and one to the left—to the brake calipers.

Alternatively, Over the Mudguard: One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the fender to the left brake caliper.

Heat-resistant tubing, fiberglass with silicone coating, black, inner diameter 6.4 mm

Highly flexible fiberglass tubing with a silicone coating for environments where permanent protection against constant temperatures above 250 degrees Celsius is absolutely essential.
It is designed to protect hoses, lines, and wiring harnesses exposed to extreme heat, open flames, molten splinters, or welding sparks from damage. This thick, high-temperature-resistant fiberglass fire-resistant hose is coated with an impermeable layer of thick silicone, yet remains flexible enough to be bent to tight radii. According to the manufacturer, it is resistant to all automotive chemicals and also offers excellent protection against abrasion and punctures.

Compatible with HEL steel-braided brake lines (coating can only be applied before production, as the fittings do not fit through the hose.)

Sold in increments of 0.5 m
