  • Employees (m/f/d) for the production of steel flex lines. You will work in a young team and produce steel flex lines for motorcycles. The task is complex and varied. Our product range includes more than 4,000 brake line kits. We are a leading supplier for motorcycle racing. Many IDM/EURO-MOTO, World Superbike and even Moto GP teams use our lines. The position is to be filled immediately if possible. The pay is lousy, but the atmosphere is good ... No, I'm kidding. We already pay well.

  • We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for the warehouse and production. We are active in the wholesale and retail of components for steel flex lines and accessories. Our sales market now extends throughout Europe and even as far as Brazil. As the EU central warehouse for HEL Performance, we welcome colleagues (m/f/d) who can speak and write one or more foreign languages. There is a lot to learn and do, we promise!

  • Employee (m/f/d) for order processing, online store, merchandise management, social media, etc. Well, this is where it gets complicated. We need help in the area of modern sales systems. Ideally, you already have experience in maintaining online stores and/or merchandise management systems. Unfortunately, our merchandise management software is not linked to the store system, which poses particular pitfalls. Ideas for improving our online visibility are welcome. Recommended tightening torque for banjo bolts and threads M10x1.00, M10x1.25, M10x1.50, M12, 3/8 "x24UNF, 7/16" = max 32NM

Please note that this maximum tightening torque applies to the stainless steel connections and threads from HEL Performance. Please find out what maximum tightening torque the fittings and components on your vehicle can withstand. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect use. Always use tools and aids that are in perfect condition. Brake fluid is harmful to the skin, eyes and the environment. Observe the manufacturer's safety instructions.

HEL-Performance Stainless Steel Braided Hose! GMS Race Kit!

Fits the KTM RC 990 - Track Edition from 2026 onward 

The lengths and fittings are designed for stock brake calipers and brake master cylinders.
Also compatible with radial brake master cylinders from, for example, HEL-Performance or other manufacturers.
If you are using different brake master cylinders, handlebars, or brake calipers, please contact us.

This model is already shipped by KTM without ABS (“Track Edition”)!

Design: Stainless steel-sheathed PTFE braided hose, universal fit according to specifications! Comes with a parts certificate!

Scope of delivery: 1 x premium stainless steel flex brake line (4-piece set) with TEE and ELBOW (so-called “h” configuration) + connection for brake pressure sensor with M10x1.00 thread!

Please order hollow screws and sealing rings as optional extras!

When ordering, please specify the desired line color, the connection type, and any necessary mounts, as well as the part numbers for 2.1 and 2.2, or HSN / TSN from the vehicle registration certificate, and—just to be safe—also include the vehicle details (make, model, type, year of manufacture).

You have a choice of 14 wire colors at no extra charge:

OEM, like the original (standard kit):
The brake lines match an original replacement part in length, number, and routing.
Alternatively, Full Length:
Two lines routed directly from the brake master cylinder—one to the right and one to the left—to the brake calipers.
Alternatively, Over the Mudguard:
One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the fender to the left brake caliper.
