  • Employees (m/f/d) for the production of steel flex lines. You will work in a young team and produce steel flex lines for motorcycles. The task is complex and varied. Our product range includes more than 4,000 brake line kits. We are a leading supplier for motorcycle racing. Many IDM/EURO-MOTO, World Superbike and even Moto GP teams use our lines. The position is to be filled immediately if possible. The pay is lousy, but the atmosphere is good ... No, I'm kidding. We already pay well.

  • We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for the warehouse and production. We are active in the wholesale and retail of components for steel flex lines and accessories. Our sales market now extends throughout Europe and even as far as Brazil. As the EU central warehouse for HEL Performance, we welcome colleagues (m/f/d) who can speak and write one or more foreign languages. There is a lot to learn and do, we promise!

  • Employee (m/f/d) for order processing, online store, merchandise management, social media, etc. Well, this is where it gets complicated. We need help in the area of modern sales systems. Ideally, you already have experience in maintaining online stores and/or merchandise management systems. Unfortunately, our merchandise management software is not linked to the store system, which poses particular pitfalls. Ideas for improving our online visibility are welcome. Recommended tightening torque for banjo bolts and threads M10x1.00, M10x1.25, M10x1.50, M12, 3/8 "x24UNF, 7/16" = max 32NM

Please note that this maximum tightening torque applies to the stainless steel connections and threads from HEL Performance. Please find out what maximum tightening torque the fittings and components on your vehicle can withstand. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect use. Always use tools and aids that are in perfect condition. Brake fluid is harmful to the skin, eyes and the environment. Observe the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Banjo bolts*, sealing rings, holders, guides or distributors are already included in the kit!
  Compare the prices! Ready-to-select brake line kits for your vehicle are always supplied by HEL Performance with the required connections and banjo bolts made of the finest stainless steel, copper sealing rings, rubber guides (e.g. grommets) or brackets. Manifold or connection blocks, e.g. to the metal lines from the ABS, are also included and have already been firmly pressed onto the hose during production. Lens seals, as used by many other suppliers, are completely unnecessary as the blocks themselves have the appropriate sealing cone. HEL Performance does not charge extra for any of this!!!!
 *Somelines do not require a banjo bolt as they themselves have a connection with an internal or external thread.

HEL Performance offers you brake line kits in the so-called "alternative installation method", also with ABE!

We offer different installation variants for many models:

OEM, as original (standard kit): The brake lines correspond in length, number and routing to an original spare part.

Alternative,Full Length: Two lines routed directly from the brake pump, one to the right and one to the left, to the brake callipers.

Alternative, Over the Mudguard: One line is routed directly from the brake pump to the right-hand brake calliper, the second from there via the mudguard to the left-hand brake calliper.

HEL-Performance® PVC Cable Guide 8-9 mm

A very practical solution for securely and safely attaching stainless steel flex hoses to an original Schaluch grommet. Also very helpful for securing a hose to a surface using plastic cable ties. This prevents damage to or pinching of the hose and its PVC protective jacket.

TIP: The PVC material of the small sleeve is relatively hard. This makes it easy to cut lengthwise and then slip over an existing hose. Because of the harder material, they won’t open on their own and hold very well on the hose. This is especially true when they are inserted into a mount. If necessary, glue them back together with superglue.
Alternatively, there is also a soft and flexible version available: HEL-GROMMET-W in our shop.
