HEL-Performance®stainless steel adapter for quick disconnect couplings
Banjo 10mm and fixed internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF

This adapter enables the assembly of quick disconnect couplings with 3/8 "x24UNF male thread and sealing cone.

As a special feature, this new adapter is designed so that e.g. quick disconnect couplings type SPH.03 of the Stäubli brand can be screwed in directly. The length of the fixed internal thread in size 3/8 "x24UNF is designed so that the coupling fits perfectly. Sealing is provided by the integrated sealing cone.

The adapter can be cranked up to 90° or bent sideways. The combination of cranked and bent sideways (RB or LB) is also possible at no extra charge. If required, please enter the desired angle in the comments field.

The stainless steel adapter has 1 x banjo 10mm and 1 x internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF !

Scope of delivery: 1 x stainless steel adapter

Length from center of banjo to end of internal thread = approx. 43mm

Length including quick disconnect coupling (Stäubli SPH.03) and connection with press sleeve = approx. 13.5cm
(measured on the straight adapter)

Original Stäubli quick disconnect coupling (lock), EPDM seals, aluminum, coupling, 3/8"-24UNF male thread

Note: Our standard color is RED (yellow as special order, delivery time between 2-4 weeks)

The clutch was developed for tough racing applications.
Stäubli quick release clutches are well known and need no further explanation.
Except perhaps the note that the clutches can be sent to Stäubli at any time for overhaul/maintenance.

The coupling enables hydraulic lines to be disconnected quickly and cleanly without fluid escaping or air entering the system. They are suitable for brake fluids DOT3&4, such as Racing.
