In the product options, please select which front brake caliper and master cylinder are used, and whether the lines for the variant WITH distributor AND lines 3+4 should run in front of or behind the fork.

Recommended combinations include, for example:

Hose Nos.: 1, 2a, 3, 4, 6, and 7 (6-piece kit with ABS and manifold under the triple clamp)
(If you order lines 5a and 8 as well, you can convert from the ABS version to the non-ABS version with relatively little effort)

Wires No.: 5a, 3, 4, and 8 (4-piece kit without ABS, with distributor under the fork bridge)

Hose No.: 5a, 3b, and 8 (5-piece kit without ABS, with T-fitting and 90° elbow permanently crimped)

Hose No.: 5b, 3a, and 8 (3-piece kit without ABS, without manifold)

Special Line Kit:
We developed this line kit, and depending on the configuration, it fits the original calipers and original master cylinder. Or, for example, if the original brake calipers have been replaced with others, such as Brembo M4 or M50 calipers.

The lines can ONLY be routed in combination with the “manifold AND lines 3+4,” either in front of or behind the fork leg. This manifold is permanently crimped to lines 3+4 and, just like the original, is secured with a screw directly under the triple clamp. From there, two lines run to the right and left, respectively. The manifold block has an internal thread on the back for the line to the ABS control module, or directly to the pump, depending on the selected variant.

You have the option of connecting the brake calipers from the HEL manifold directly to the parking brake pump via the short line (5). This allows you to bypass the ABS control system*. This option is often chosen for use on racetracks. It can also be converted relatively quickly, so that both variants are readily available if needed.

*NOTE: If you wish to deactivate the ABS control system, the rear lines must be replaced with a single line providing a direct connection between the pump and the brake calipers. The ABS control unit is deactivated, the lines are unscrewed from it, and the openings are simply sealed with plugs or screws. Please follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.

For many models, we offer different routing options:

OEM, like the original (Standard Kit): The brake lines match an original replacement part in length, number, and routing.

Alternatively, Full Length: Two lines routed directly from the brake master cylinder—one to the right and one to the left—to the brake calipers.

Alternatively, Over the Mudguard: One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the fender to the left brake caliper.

The coupling was developed for heavy-duty use in motorsports.
Stäubli quick-disconnect couplings are well known and require no further explanation.

HEL-Performance®stainless steel adapter quick disconnect couplings, black burnished version (METAL-BLACK)
Banjo 10mm and fixed internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF

This adapter enables the installation of quick disconnect couplings with 3/8 "x24UNF external thread and sealing cone.

As a special feature, this new adapter is designed so that e.g. quick disconnect couplings of the type SPH.03 of the Stäubli brand can be screwed in directly. The length of the fixed internal thread in size 3/8 "x24UNF is designed so that the coupling fits perfectly. Sealing is provided by the integrated sealing cone.

The adapter can be cranked up to 90° or bent sideways. The combination of cranked and bent sideways (RB or LB) is also possible at no extra charge. If required, please enter the desired angle in the comments field.

The stainless steel adapter has 1 x banjo 10mm and 1 x internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF !

HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 Pair) (INTRODUCTORY PRICE)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel finish. Each caliper is equipped with two pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons rather than heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as forging is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. In our extensive testing with renowned top riders on various racetracks in Spain and England, as well as in street use, these pads have delivered outstanding performance and results. The EP pad compound has ABE certification; the GPX pad compound is a pure racing compound without ABE certification. Comparable brake pad types are: SBS = 809, DP = DP950, Vesrah = VD-170, Ferodo = FDB2181, CL-Brakes = 1134 (Source: SBS.dk), TRW = MCB755 (Source: trwmoto.com)
