HEL-Performance® Stainless Steel Adapter Set M10x1.00 Female/Male Threads

This adapter set allows ring fittings to be mounted on internal-threaded connections, such as those with a swivel nut
With connections featuring a floating nut, it is not possible to simply screw in a hollow screw. This would not provide a seal.
The adapter makes this possible because the external thread seals against the sealing cone at the bottom. The hollow screw is screwed into the internal thread and seals via a copper sealing ring (or aluminum, etc.)

The stainless steel adapter has 1 x M10x1.00 internal thread and 1 x M10x1.00 external thread!

Alternatively, Over the Mudguard: One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the fender to the left brake caliper.

HEL-Performance® 2-Piston CNC Brake Caliper, Axial, 84 mm, 2 x 32 mm Pistons

The rear brake caliper from HEL Performance is equipped with 1 pad retaining pin. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew this pin briefly and replace the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the inner surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the brake caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 480 grams (excluding pads and retaining pin) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons instead of heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as the forging process is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is stunning, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. Radial mounting of two-piece brake pads with two pads per caliper.

HEL-Performance® Thumb Brake Pump TB-2 - Short Lever (70 mm)

We’re continuing to move forward with new products from HEL Performance.
Next, we’re introducing the new TB-2 thumb brake pump.

• The TB-2 is the successor to the already successful TB-1.
• With its many adjustment options, it should meet all your personal needs.
• The clamp is mounted directly on the handlebars—not on the fork, as was previously the case. The pump can be positioned as desired.
• The lever spacing can be easily adjusted at any time—just like on a radial brake pump—using the adjustment wheel.

Manufacturer's specifications:

Fully synthetic polyglycol-based brake fluid.
For the most common types of racing brake systems (steel, carbon, or ceramic).

Dry boiling point: 328 °C
Wet boiling point: 204 °C

Standards: SAE J 1703, ISO 4925, FMVSS 116 DOT 4

Advantages:

• Miscible with all DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 polyglycol-based brake fluids; however, not recommended
• Extremely high dry boiling point of 328°C compared to other silicone- or polyglycol-based products, ensuring safe braking even under the most extreme operating conditions
• Very high wet boiling point of 205°C compared to other silicone- or polyglycol-based products, allowing for safe braking even in high humidity or during wet races
• Under racing conditions, brakes are subjected to extreme thermal stress; therefore, Motul RBF 660 should be checked at least after every second race and replaced as needed
• Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the ambient air, which lowers its boiling point. For this reason, Motul RBF 660 should only be stored under constant climatic conditions, carefully sealed in its original container

Warning: Do not mix with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5) or specialty fluids such as LHM. The fluid may damage the vehicle’s paint.

HEL-Performance®thumb brake pump TB-1
(Article is discontinued. Successor is the new thumb brake pump MK-II, handlebar mounting)

We are continuing with new products from HEL Performance.
Next up is the new radial thumb brake pump.

• The TB-1 is both tricky and ingenious.
• The many adjustment options should leave nothing to be desired in terms of customization.
• The clamp is aligned in the desired position and attached to the fork.
  (NOTE: The clamp does not have a joint as shown, but is a one-piece clamp.
  The fork or triple clamp must be loosened accordingly for installation).
• The lever distance can be conveniently adjusted at any time as with the radial brake pump (adjustment wheel)
• The lever has a joint that can be used to position the end of the lever higher or lower.
• In addition, the end of the lever is in two parts. This allows you to adjust the length of the lever yourself.

It is available in two versions:
a) 13mm piston diameter, nickel-plated housing
b) 13mm piston diameter, black anodized housing

The lever itself is always supplied in black anodized.
