Whether you need the hose for a vehicle, a machine, or any other application, we’ll manufacture the perfect hose exactly to your specifications.
If you need a specific angle for the connection, please note it in the text field. We are able to bend or crimp all connections—including those available in bent versions—to almost any desired angle. Otherwise, just ask what’s possible and what isn’t.

For use on motor vehicles, you will receive a DEKRA parts certificate. An installation inspection may be required.

When placing your order, please specify the desired hose color, the connection type, and any brackets you may need, as well as the key numbers for 2.1 and 2.2, or the HSN / TSN from the vehicle registration certificate, and—just to be safe—the vehicle data (make, model, type, year of manufacture) as well.

You can twist the connectors on the finished cable yourself for a twist-free installation—at any time!

Alternatively, Over the Mudguard: One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the fender to the left brake caliper.

For many models, we offer various routing options:
OEM, like the original (standard kit):
The brake lines match an original replacement part in length, number, and routing.
Alternatively, Full Length:
Two lines routed directly from the brake master cylinder—one to the right and one to the left—to the brake calipers.
Alternatively, Over the Mudguard:
One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the mudguard to the left brake caliper.

HEL Performance is (to the best of our knowledge) currently the only manufacturer that has an ABE certification for hose kits using this so-called “alternative routing method.” Beware of mislabeledhoses that lack ABE certification. Your safety is at stake!
Tip: Request the corresponding ABEfor the hose kit, including the scope of application!

HEL-Performance® Brake Line Kit (RACING)

5-piece, TEE-ELBOW (h-design) front wheel. Includes SP202 manifold with M10x1.00 female thread. For example, for data recording sensors with M10x1.00 threaded connections.

In principle, the SP202 manifold can be installed at any point in the line assembly. Like all other fittings in the HEL-Performance system, the manifold can, of course, be rotated within the hose. This should allow you to find the optimal position on any motorcycle.

Brake line kits from HEL Performance come with ABE or a parts certificate!

The required hollow screws and copper gaskets are automatically included in the line kit!

TITAN Quick-Disconnect Coupling HEL-QRC-0303-TI-BK, EPDM Seals, Titanium/Aluminum 3/8"x24 UNF 

The coupling was developed for heavy-duty use in motorsports.
A complete quick-disconnect coupling consists of two parts and is supplied as a complete unit:
     a) female (also referred to as a nipple)
     b) male (also known as a coupler)

The coupling allows for quick and clean disconnection of hydraulic lines without fluid leakage or air entering the system. HEL-Performance®stainless steel adapter for quick disconnect couplings
Banjo 10mm and fixed internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF

This adapter enables the assembly of quick disconnect couplings with 3/8 "x24UNF male thread and sealing cone.

As a special feature, this new adapter is designed so that e.g. quick disconnect couplings type SPH.03 of the Stäubli brand can be screwed in directly. The length of the fixed internal thread in size 3/8 "x24UNF is designed so that the coupling fits perfectly. Sealing is provided by the integrated sealing cone.

The adapter can be cranked up to 90° or bent sideways. The combination of cranked and bent sideways (RB or LB) is also possible at no extra charge. If required, please enter the desired angle in the comments field.

The stainless steel adapter has 1 x banjo 10mm and 1 x internal thread 3/8 "x24UNF !

Scope of delivery: 1 x stainless steel adapter

Length from center of banjo to end of internal thread = approx. 43mm

The clutch was developed for tough racing applications.
Stäubli quick release clutches are well known and need no further explanation.
