The HEL Performance radial brake master cylinder has now become a staple of the racing scene.
Machined from solid material (housing and lever) and a real steal for less than 300 euros!

It is available in two versions:
a) 19 mm piston diameter ( 19 x 18, 19 x 19, 19 x 20 mm)
b) 16 mm piston diameter ( 16 x 18, 16 x 19, 16 x 20mm)

Both the housing and the lever are milled from solid material at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) using brand-new CNC machining centers. The housing is nickel-plated, and the lever is black anodized.

The newly developed brake levers come with two inserts that allow the pump’s gear ratio to be adjusted as needed.

Insert 1) has a center hole, while Insert 2) has an off-center hole.

Simply swap or rotate the insert to set the desired gear ratio for optimal control and brake feel.

The pumps are designed for use onboth the right and left sides of the handlebars !!! The bleed nipples and the brake line connection have the same thread (M10x1.00). This allows either the brake line or, optionally, the bleed nipple to be used at both holes.

HEL-Performance®CNC reservoir for radial hand brake pump V2 NEW PRODUCT 2025

The assembly is designed to visually match HEL Performance’s radial brake master cylinders.
On vehicles with mechanical clutch actuation (via Bowden cable), this allows for a visually uniform appearance on both sides.
It is often difficult to find a matching lever assembly for both sides.

HEL-Performance® Rear Brake Master Cylinder, 13mm Piston Diameter!

We’re continuing to move forward with new products from HEL Performance.
Next, we’re introducing the new brake master cylinder for the rear wheel.

It is available in two variants and versions:
a) 13mm piston diameter, black anodized housing
b) 13mm piston diameter, nickel-plated housing

c) 13mm piston diameter, black anodized housing, 2 x M10x1.00 connections for use with, e.g., a thumb brake
d) 13 mm piston diameter, nickel-plated housing, 2 x M10x1.00 connections for use with, for example, a thumb brake

HEL-Performance® Combined Rear Brake Pump, 13mm Piston Diameter!

The combination brake pump for the rear wheel was developed so that a pump on the handlebars (whether thumb brake or pull brake) can be used in conjunction with the foot brake for the rear wheel. This is often required by the rules. In such cases, the foot brake must remain in place. However, an additional hand-operated brake pump is permitted.

The new combination brake pump has two connections:
            A) M12x1.00 thread for the handlebar-mounted pump (e.g., thumb brake pump)
            B) M10x1.00 thread for the line leading to the rear brake caliper

So how does it work?
Quite simply, the pump on the handlebars can be operated as long as the combined brake pump is not pressed.
The pressure is routed directly through the combination brake pump to the rear brake caliper.

However, when the handlebar pump is pressed, the combined brake pump can also be actuated.
In principle, the two pumps are arranged in series.

If the combined brake pump is pressed, you can press the handlebar pump as much as you want. Nothing happens because the inlet (M12x1.00) is “sealed off” by the piston in the combined brake pump.

• The TB-1 is both tricky and ingenious.
• The many adjustment options should leave nothing to be desired in terms of customization.
• The clamp is aligned in the desired position and attached to the fork.
  (NOTE: The clamp does not have a joint as shown, but is a one-piece clamp.
  The fork or triple clamp must be loosened accordingly for installation).
• The lever distance can be conveniently adjusted at any time as with the radial brake pump (adjustment wheel)
• The lever has a joint that can be used to position the end of the lever higher or lower.
• In addition, the end of the lever is in two parts. This allows you to adjust the length of the lever yourself.
