Whether you need the hose for a vehicle, a machine, or any other application, we’ll manufacture the perfect hose exactly to your specifications.
If you need a specific angle for the connection, please note it in the text field. We are able to bend or crimp all connections—including those available in bent versions—to almost any desired angle. Otherwise, just ask what’s possible and what isn’t.

For use on motor vehicles, you will receive a DEKRA parts certificate. An installation inspection may be required.

When placing your order, please specify the desired hose color, the connection type, and any brackets you may need, as well as the key numbers for 2.1 and 2.2, or the HSN / TSN from the vehicle registration certificate, and—just to be safe—the vehicle data (make, model, type, year of manufacture) as well.

You can twist the connectors on the finished cable yourself for a twist-free installation—at any time!

HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 Pair) (INTRODUCTORY PRICE)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel finish. Each caliper is equipped with two pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons rather than heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as forging is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. The calipers are designed to accommodate stock brake pads for popular supersport motorcycles. This gives you a wide selection of brake pads from nearly every manufacturer and supplier. We currently offer EBC Type FA390 brake pads as an option. In our extensive testing with renowned top riders on various racetracks in Spain and England, as well as in street use, these pads have delivered outstanding performance and results. HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 Pair), Smooth Back (INTRODUCTORY PRICE)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel coating. Each caliper is equipped with two pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons rather than heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as the forging process is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part manufactured to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. The HEL Performance radial brake master cylinder has now become a staple of the racing scene.

It is available in two versions:

Both the housing and the lever are milled from solid material at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) using brand-new CNC machining centers. The housing is nickel-plated, and the lever is black anodized.

The newly developed brake levers come with two inserts that allow the pump’s gear ratio to be adjusted as needed.

Insert 1) has a center hole, while Insert 2) has an off-center hole.

Simply swap or rotate the insert to set the desired gear ratio for optimal control and brake feel.

The pumps are designed for use onboth the right and left sides of the handlebars !!! The bleed nipples and the brake line connection have the same thread (M10x1.00). This allows either the brake line or, optionally, the bleed nipple to be used at both holes.

HEL-Performance® Rear Brake Master Cylinder, 13mm Piston Diameter!

HEL-Performance® Combined Rear Brake Pump, 13mm Piston Diameter!

The combination brake pump for the rear wheel was developed so that a pump on the handlebars (whether thumb brake or pull brake) can be used in conjunction with the foot brake for the rear wheel. This is often required by the rules. In such cases, the foot brake must remain in place. However, an additional hand-operated brake pump is permitted.

The new combination brake pump has two connections:
            A) M12x1.00 thread for the handlebar-mounted pump (e.g., thumb brake pump)
            B) M10x1.00 thread for the line leading to the rear brake caliper

So how does it work?
Quite simply, the pump on the handlebars can be operated as long as the combined brake pump is not pressed.
The pressure is routed directly through the combination brake pump to the rear brake caliper.

However, when the handlebar pump is pressed, the combined brake pump can also be actuated.
In principle, the two pumps are arranged in series.

If the combined brake pump is pressed, you can press the handlebar pump as much as you want. Nothing happens because the inlet (M12x1.00) is “sealed off” by the piston in the combined brake pump.
