Whether you need the hose for a vehicle, a machine, or any other application, we’ll manufacture the perfect hose exactly to your specifications.
If you need a specific angle for the connection, please note it in the text field. We are able to bend or crimp all connections—including those available in bent versions—to almost any desired angle. Otherwise, just ask what’s possible and what isn’t.

For use on motor vehicles, you will receive a DEKRA parts certificate. An installation inspection may be required.

When placing your order, please specify the desired hose color, the connection type, and any brackets you may need, as well as the key numbers for 2.1 and 2.2, or the HSN / TSN from the vehicle registration certificate, and—just to be safe—the vehicle data (make, model, type, year of manufacture) as well.

You can twist the connectors on the finished cable yourself for a twist-free installation—at any time!

HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 Pair) (Price Reduced!)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel coating. Each caliper is equipped with two pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons instead of heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, since forging is not capable of producing these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material usage. Radial mounting of two-piece brake pads with two pads per caliper.

The calipers are designed to accommodate stock brake pads for popular supersport motorcycles. This gives you a wide selection of brake pads from nearly all manufacturers and suppliers. We currently offer EBC FA390 brake pads as an option. In our extensive testing with renowned top riders on various race tracks in Spain and England, as well as in street use, these pads have delivered outstanding performance and results. The EP pad compound has ABE approval; the GPX pad compound is a pure racing compound without ABE approval. HEL-Performance® 2-Piston CNC Brake Caliper, Axial, 84 mm, 2 x 32 mm Pistons

The rear brake caliper from HEL Performance is equipped with 1 pad retaining pin. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew this pin briefly and replace the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the inner surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the brake caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 480 grams (excluding pads and retaining pin) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons instead of heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as the forging process is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is stunning, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. Radial mounting of two-piece brake pads with two pads per caliper.

RBF 700 Factory Line, 0.5 liter

Manufacturer's information:

Fully synthetic brake fluid based on polyglycol.
For the most common types of racing brake systems (steel, carbon or ceramic).

Dry boiling point: 336 °C
Wet boiling point: 205 °C

Standards: SAE J 1703, ISO 4925, FMVSS 116 DOT 4

Advantages:

• Miscible with all polyglycol-based brake fluids DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1, but not recommended
• Extremely high dry boiling point of 328°C compared to other silicone or polyglycol-based products allows safe braking even under the most extreme operating conditions
• Very high wet boiling point of 205°C compared to other silicone or polyglycol-based products allows safe braking even in high humidity or rain races
• Under racing operating conditions, brakes are subject to very high thermal loads, so Motul RBF 660 should be checked at least after every 2nd race and changed if necessary
• Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the ambient air. This reduces the boiling point. For this reason, Motul RBF 660 should only be stored under constant climatic conditions, carefully sealed in its original container

Extremely high thermal resistance and stability:
The very high boiling point (336°C / 637°F) of MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is superior to conventional fluids DOT 5.1 (260°C / 500°F mini) and DOT 4 (230°C / 446°F mini) and therefore enables high braking efficiency even when the brakes are exposed to extreme loads.
Efficiency in wet weather:
The very high wet boiling point (205 °C / 401 °F) of MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is superior to conventional fluids DOT 5.1 (180 °C / 356 °F mini) and DOT 4 (155 °C / 311 °F mini) and maintains full braking efficiency in wet weather.
DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids have the property of absorbing moisture from the air, lowering the boiling point and increasing the risk of the "vapor lock" or "spongy braking" phenomenon occurring. The wet boiling point is measured after wetting the product with 3 % water.

Warning: Not miscible with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5) and special fluids such as LHM. Fluid may damage the vehicle's paintwork.
