When placing your order, please specify the desired hose color, the connection type, and any necessary brackets, as well as the key numbers for 2.1 and 2.2, or HSN / TSN from the vehicle registration certificate, and—just to be safe—the vehicle data (make, model, type, year of manufacture) as well.

You can twist the connectors on the finished cable yourself for a twist-free installation—anytime!

HEL-Performance® 2-Piston CNC Brake Caliper, Axial, 84 mm, 2 x 32 mm Pistons

The rear brake caliper from HEL Performance is equipped with 1 pad retaining pin. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew this pin briefly and replace the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the inner surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the brake caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 480 grams (excluding pads and retaining pin) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons instead of heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as the forging process is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. RBF 660 Factory Line, 0.5 liter

Manufacturer's specifications:

Fully synthetic polyglycol-based brake fluid.
For the most common types of racing brake systems (steel, carbon, or ceramic).

Dry boiling point: 328 °C
Wet boiling point: 204 °C

Standards: SAE J 1703, ISO 4925, FMVSS 116 DOT 4

Advantages:

• Miscible with all DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 polyglycol-based brake fluids; however, not recommended
• Extremely high dry boiling point of 328°C compared to other silicone- or polyglycol-based products, ensuring safe braking even under the most extreme operating conditions
• Very high wet boiling point of 205°C compared to other silicone- or polyglycol-based products, allowing for safe braking even in high humidity or during wet races
• Under racing conditions, brakes are subjected to extreme thermal stress; therefore, Motul RBF 660 should be checked at least after every second race and replaced as needed
• Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the ambient air, which lowers its boiling point. For this reason, Motul RBF 660 should only be stored under constant climatic conditions, carefully sealed in its original container

Warning: Do not mix with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5) or specialty fluids such as LHM. The fluid may damage the vehicle’s paint.

HEL-Performance®thumb brake pump TB-1

We are continuing with new products from HEL Performance.
Next up is the new radial thumb brake pump.

• The TB-1 is both tricky and ingenious.
• The many adjustment options should leave nothing to be desired in terms of customization.
• The clamp is aligned in the desired position and attached to the fork.
  (NOTE: The clamp does not have a joint as shown, but is a one-piece clamp.
  The fork or triple clamp must be loosened accordingly for installation).
• The lever distance can be conveniently adjusted at any time as with the radial brake pump (adjustment wheel)
• The lever has a joint that can be used to position the end of the lever higher or lower.
• In addition, the end of the lever is in two parts. This allows you to adjust the length of the lever yourself.
