Genuine Stäubli quick-disconnect coupling, EPDM seals, aluminum, 10 mm banjo, 20° angled

The coupling was developed for heavy-duty use in motorsports.
Stäubli quick-disconnect couplings are well known and need no further explanation.
Except perhaps to note that the couplings can be sent to Stäubli at any time for overhaul or maintenance.

The coupling allows for quick and clean disconnection of hydraulic lines without fluid leakage or air entering the system. They are suitable for DOT 3 & 4 brake fluids, as well as racing fluids.

HEL-Performance®thumb brake pump TB-1

We are continuing with new products from HEL Performance.
Next up is the new radial thumb brake pump.

• The TB-1 is both tricky and ingenious.
• The many adjustment options should leave nothing to be desired in terms of customization.
• The clamp is aligned in the desired position and attached to the fork.
  (NOTE: The clamp does not have a joint as shown, but is a one-piece clamp.
  The fork or triple clamp must be loosened accordingly for installation).
• The lever distance can be conveniently adjusted at any time as with the radial brake pump (adjustment wheel)
• The lever has a joint that can be used to position the end of the lever higher or lower.
• In addition, the end of the lever is in two parts. This allows you to adjust the length of the lever yourself.

HEL-Performance® Rear Brake Master Cylinder, 13mm Piston Diameter!

We’re continuing to move forward with new products from HEL Performance.
Next, we’re introducing the new brake master cylinder for the rear wheel.

It is available in two variants and versions:
a) 13mm piston diameter, black anodized housing
b) 13mm piston diameter, nickel-plated housing

c) 13mm piston diameter, black anodized housing, 2 x M10x1.00 connections for use with, e.g., a thumb brake
d) 13 mm piston diameter, nickel-plated housing, 2 x M10x1.00 connections for use with, for example, a thumb brake

HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 piece)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel coating. Each caliper is equipped with 2 pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to remove all air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons rather than heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as forging is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part machined to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. The calipers are designed to accommodate stock brake pads for well-known supersport motorcycles. This gives you a wide selection of brake pads from nearly all manufacturers and suppliers. We currently offer EBC FA390 brake pads as an option. In our extensive testing with renowned top riders on various race tracks in Spain and England, as well as in street use, these pads have delivered outstanding performance and results. The EP pad compound has ABE approval; the GPX pad compound is a pure racing compound without ABE approval. TITAN Quick-Disconnect Coupling HEL-QRC-0303-TI-BK, EPDM Seals, Titanium/Aluminum 3/8"x24 UNF 

The coupling was developed for heavy-duty use in motorsports.
A complete quick-disconnect coupling consists of two parts and is supplied as a complete unit:
     a) female (also referred to as a nipple)
     b) male (also known as a coupler)

The coupling allows for quick and clean disconnection of hydraulic lines without fluid leakage or air entering the system. It is suitable for DOT-3, DOT-4, and DOT-5.1 brake fluids, as well as most racing brake fluids.  (Not for DOT 5. Compatibility with all racing brake fluids cannot be guaranteed)
